My stay at the Royal Termal Hotel was a delightful experience, marked by the attentive and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure guests felt at home. The hotel's generosity was evident in the complimentary valet parking and the free access to the serene spa, complete with a hamam and a warm, inviting pool. The culinary journey began each morning with an exceptional breakfast, offering a wide variety of delicious choices that catered to all tastes. The ambiance of dining was matched by the quality and diversity of the food, making each breakfast an experience to look forward to. However, a peculiar situation arose when I needed a UK electric adapter. The hotel, the lady to my surprise refused to provide it, priced the adapter at 100 Turkish Lira and insisted on a cash-only purchase, which was inconvenient and unexpected. The refusal to charge it to my room was a bit of a letdown, especially since I was not carrying local currency immediately after my arrival. It was a momentary frustration that stood out in an otherwise impeccable stay. Thankfully, 2 minutes drive away at a nearby market I bought the adapter for 1 euro, which was a relief. The room itself was a sanctuary of space and cleanliness, offering a tranquil environment to unwind after a day of exploration. Despite the initial annoyance over the adapter, the three nights spent at the hotel were enveloped in comfort and luxury. I would recommend the Royal Termal Hotel for anyone seeking a stay that promises and delivers excellence, with a small note to carry some Turkish Lira for any unexpected necessities.

I really loved the service and the people who delivered it. Their breakfast was amazing. Often it is very hard to travel around in a foreign world without knowing their native language, however there were staff who spoke amazing English and suggested some places to visit after I expressed a desire to go up as far as you can up on the mountains. Aylin, for example, told me about the cable cars going up the mountains, gave me the bus number to get there and even came out of the hotel when she saw I was standing on the wrong side of the road. This was really kind of her. The lady who cleaned my room, I believe her name is Arzoo (forgive me if I have spelled it wrong) who spoke to me in Turkish the whole time she was cleaning the room, but you could feel her kindness and warmth in the way she spoke to you. She even taught me a few phrases in Turkish. Cevedet (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) was also amazing kind gentleman. There was also Yasemin and Ela who all always treated me with warmth and kindness. My only regret visiting Bursa was that I did not stay there for longer than a few days, but if I go back to Bursa, I will definitely choose this property again without a heartbeat.

The hotel is amazing from the first minute! Friendly, professional staff anticipating guests expectations. Clean, cozy, comfortable rooms with modern interiors, panoramic windows and everything you need for your vacation: comfortable beds, snow-white linen and towels, slippers, everything says that guests are welcome here. A delicious breakfast with a variety of cold snacks, hot dishes, fruits and desserts will give vigor for the whole day! In the afternoon, you can relax and improve your health in the SPA: a pool with water from a thermal spring, a sauna, a steam room, a hammam are included in the price of accommodation, a massage and beauty treatments will be held for an additional fee. Special thanks to the General Manager of the hotel Isa Bulent SEN, who together with his team makes the stay of guests unique!

Our suite, which had access to an adjoining room (for a larger group) was incredibly spacious with stunning views over the city of Bursa below. These views were elevated from the rooftop restaurant! We really enjoyed the Buffet styled breakfast, which was different to all other experiences throughout our time in Turkey. The thermal facilities (steam room, sauna and Turkish baths) were invigorating and a definite highlight of our stay. Valet Parking was available and included. Bursa provided a solid break traveling from Izmir to Istanbul. We walked through the nearby bazaar and visited the stunning mosque 🕌 too.

This was our best hotel in Turkey! We are thankful to the entire team of Royal Thermal for making our stay amazing. We got an upgrade to a suite with a personal handwritten card congratulating us on our 6th anniversary along with a basket of fruits and cookies. It really made our anniversary month very special, and we loved every second of our stay. We want to say thank you to all the following Eren, Atuhun, Batuhan, Halim & a big thank you to Semin not just for the upgarde but also for all the tips on where to visit and where to eat :)
